3.Apply the Adapted Lotion 2 to 3 times a week if your skin is sensitive.

4.Apply the Adapted Cream morning and night on clean skin.

5.Exfoliate your face with a Scrub
2 to 3 times a week to remove impurities.

6.Apply a Purifying Mask
2 to 3 times a week to soothe your skin.

7.Protect your skin with a Sunscreen Spray/Cream.

BODY TIPS ✔️

1.Wash thoroughly morning and night and leave the Soap on for at least 5 minutes for the active ingredients to penetrate.

2.Apply the Peeling Body Lotion before the Milk if the skin is difficult or stubborn to unclog pores.

3.Apply the Milk adapted to your skin's sensitivity and massage well to allow the active ingredients to penetrate.

4.Perform 2 to 3 Scrubs per week to improve the penetration of the Milk.

5.Treat yourself to a Hammam once a month to eliminate dirt and grease and prepare the skin for treatments.

6.Protect your skin with a Sun Lotion if exposed to sun, sea, or a hot climate.

ANTI-ROUTINE RED-FLAGS ✖️:

1.Not washing at least twice a day:
Washing only once does not sufficiently clean the skin and prevents products from penetrating.

2.Not respecting your skin's sensitivity:
Starting directly with strong products irritates.
Start with the ranges gradually:
(lightening -› whitening).

3.Not exfoliating: products do not penetrate and the lightening routine is useless.

4.Not diligently applying your Lotion at least twice a day is useless.

5.Do not be "stingy" with the amount of body milk to apply:
Apply enough milk to the entire body for the active ingredients to penetrate correctly.
